How easy is MeetingQuality to use?

It is easy. Before your first MQ meeting, the meeting organiser will send you and other attendees a meeting invitation as usual. The MeetingQuality Platform will also be invited to attend by email. Just as the meeting starts, everybody will receive an email from MeetingQuality with a link to begin the MQ process.

How is my Privacy protected?

MeetingQuality takes protecting your privacy very seriously. Your feedback is anonymous and it is securely stored on our MeetingQuality Servers - not on your Organsation’s Servers. MeetingQuality has processes in place to encourage appropriate use of the Platform..

Can I invite people outside my organisation to a meeting that uses MeetingQuality?

Yes. Attendees from a differing Organisation or email domain to the meeting organiser, do not require MeetingQuality licences.

Where do I get support on how to use MeetingQuality or if I have a technical problem?
